This my friends is Georgia. She’s a good lookin’ gal if I must say so myself. She’s got big gorgeous blue eyes, and a lovely black and white coat (like me!).
She’s 3 years old and currently in foster care with Taysia Blue Siberian Husky Rescue! She started out real shy, and timid. Not sure what to do with people or other dogs. After some careful introductions with some of Taysia’s pack, she warmed up to other dogs real quickly! She’s super playful, and enjoys running around and playing with other doggies.
She’s warming up to people nicely as well. Her foster mom reports that she is learning her name, and some basic commands like “sit”. She’s a typical husky and likes to test her owners by trying to escape. (Luckily her first escape ended with her being caught quickly!) Her future family will have to be sure they have a secure fence and never let her off leash unless in an enclosed area.
She is currently looking for her forever home. It has to be a house without kitties (she doesn’t play well with them) and preferably without small children. If you would like to adopt Georgia, go here and fill out the adoption application. Someone will then contact you! She will be a great addition to your family!
Currently Georgia is being treated for a minor urinary tract infection. She’s already feeling tons better after seeing the vet earlier this week!
You can help Georgia and our other adoptable huskies out by donating to Taysia Blue SHR!
